Andy and his team are a well oiled machine. From the first visit to review our home to the closing, each member did their job perfectly. Their communication skills are outstanding. I don't know how he did it but whatever he did worked like a charm. The house was purchased on the first day on the market by the first couple that looked at it in an all cash transaction for 98% of the asking price.
