We asked Andy and Jessica to come to our home for the first time in the middle of January 2021 for an evaluation, and they sent us a detailed quotation soon after he returned. Andy's acuity, foresight and accuracy about the market and housing prices impressed us, and we decided to work with them right away.In the following month, Agent Jessica was mainly responsible for contacting us. She invited different companies to come to our home to measure and discuss the design of the house inside and outside, and then decided where needed improvement, redecoration or adjustment according to our requirements.After we moved out in mid-February, the renovation of the house began in earnest, including the replanning of the courtyard. Jessica immediately contacted the photographer to come to our house to take more pictures, which she quickly uploaded to the website. Can be said to be on demand, high efficiency.Having such a good team to help us operate, even though we are not on site, it is really reassuring.
