Ive known Erik for a long time so when it came time to looking for a house, we knew exactly who to call. We worked with Erik for several months during our home buying process for the first time. He started out by meeting with us and talking us through the home buying process, helped us the understand the basics of home loans and what it takes to put in a serious offer. He also took the time to really understand what we were looking for. As we would send him homes we were interested he help steer us in the right direction based on our feedback from other houses we looked at. Erik was able to get us to see EVERY house we wanted to look at and was very flexible with his schedule to accommodate showings. He also has excellent resources as far as lenders and inspectors which was very helpful buying our first house. We truly enjoyed working with Erik through this process he is knowledgeable, personably and professional!
