Erik had the best level-headed approach with pointing out the significant items of the house and whether they were in good repair or needed attention. He let us decide if we liked a home but gave honest feedback and encouraged us to think about things we hadn't considered. He is very knowledgeable of the housing market and gives you a good sense of what you would be getting into for potential repairs/inspection. I would recommend him to absolutely anyone that is serious about looking for a home and wants to close the deal. We hope to never move again, but would 1000% use him again.After buying our new house, we knew we had to enlist Erik in selling our old house. Erik helped point us in the right direction for areas that needed attention and would get the most return for investment. We were able to accept an offer for well above asking the same weekend we listed and closed within a month from accepted offer. We could not have had better results with anyone else!
