He is a great negotiator. He knows the real estate business like no other. He could have been better with updating me more often. Also, the one time I left a message in the morning for him to call me back, he didnt call until late the next night. I really needed his advice on what to do and since he didnt call me back that day, I made the decision without knowing all my options. Luckily it worked out but would have been a mess difficult to clean up.
