About Andy Lundgren
I remember like it was yesterday the first time I soloed an airplane. No one forgets that day. All the preparation boiled down to one momentaEUR?was I ready? Did I study enough? Did I prepare enough? What if I bounce my landing! And yet, in that moment, when you depend so much on the preparations and teachings of others, you are alone and must rely solely on yourself. As I took to the skies that day, seeing the ground disappear below the wheels, I understood what it took to get here. The hours of study, testing and flight training. The carefully honed precision and accuracy of my actions, and the faith in myself to fly this plane all culminated in one of the most amazing experiences of my life. The wonder of modern of flight, the freedom and exhilaration of knowing I was joining a fraternity filled with the likes of Chuck Yeager, Amelia Earhart and Charles Lindberg, will stay with me forever.Okay, I'm no Chuck Yeager, but all aviators share the same experience?one that has molded me through the years and given me the determination to succeed no matter what the obstacles and be the best at everything I do. That passion carried me through both my military and civilian careers. From humanitarian flights all across the world in C-5's to becoming and instructor pilot in the T-37Fini Flt and passing the torch to new aviators that protect our country and way of life. OUR VISION My pursuit of perfection started when I graduated from the University of Texas in Austin and went to fly for the United Sates Air Force. I was the top graduate in my pilot training class, taking home the coveted Commands Award Trophy. Once I finished pilot training I then flew C-5's and became an Aircraft Commander as a First Lieutenant. In the Spring of 1999, I was selected to compete in an aviation competition called the Rodeo, in which my crew took home first place. In the Summer of 1999, I was selected to become an instructor pilot at Sheppard AFB where I flew the T-37. My success as an instructor led to a career with American Airlines while continuing to instruct in the Air Force Reserves. My focus and commitment transferred seamlessly to my real estate career. It didn't take long for me to be the talk of the town Pilot turned Realtor. My values and passion to be the best attributed to my rapid success. After leaving the USAF Reserves, I was delighted to become apart of the community where I grew up. I love the small town feeling you get living in San Antonio and I'm blessed to raise my two wonderful kids in the same neighborhood that I grew up in. My family is extremely important to me and I cherish every moment I get to spend with them.I believe that everyone deserves first class service. It's not just about the name on the sign, but what's underneath the name: their beliefs, values and knowledge of the market that matter most. Pilots, with their high level of personal responsibility for their customers, have a unique respect for customer service. Because of this perspective, I have spent the majority of my life with the belief that what matters most is you the customer. I truly understand that it's not just about the house it's about the Home. Are you ready to experience a different level of professionalism and integrity then call me today and find out how I will land you safely in the home of your dreams.
