We had a horrible experience with Andy. Would not return calls. He made decisions without consulting with us. He gave the buyer additional time on the contengencies which impacted the sell. In the end, it was so bad we had to close the deal using his Broker, that was the only way we could fire him. Be very careful. He might get it sold, but not with your best interest.
