In lieu of working with my regular (AWESOME) agent Beth Sohn (who's on vacation), she left me in HORRIBLE hands. Andy Kogan was a nightmare to work with ... even trying to get him to show me homes in her absence was like pulling teeth and his demeanor via emails was not only unprofessional but he was plain rude! I guess it's not worth his time to be polite and courteous to buyers who's budget is not more than $500K. Straight forward and very helpful. He knows Johnson County and the surrounding areas well. He has a great network of other real estate professionals, home inspectors, lenders, etc which is a good resource to have. I was having issues with my lender, so he set me up with a local lender, which worked out great! Highly recommended!
