ZillowVERIFIED100 out of 5 stars! Reese routinely went above and beyond for us. From the beginning, Reese was on top of everything. Within a day of contacting her, she scheduled 9 showings for us. She was very knowledgeable about the homes and pointed things out to us that we wouldn't have known to look for. We had to go down into some pretty creepy basements during some of the showings, but my partner and I were big babies so she went down the stairs first every time! She did virtual showings for us when we had to leave town and we were confident in trusting her judgment on the things we couldn't experience in-person. When we eventually found a house that we wanted, we put in an offer and it was accepted. Unfortunately, working with the sellers/sellers agent became very difficult but Reese did a wonderful job handling the situations that came up. When we needed contractors or inspectors to come out to the house she was able to recommend people/companies and coordinate the work. She always kept me in the loop and answered all of my myriad of questions. She went above and beyond what I would expect from any realtor. I think we were very lucky to have been connected to Reese and I would recommend her to anyone.
