I have to start out admitting we are NOT the easiest clients to work with. We have four children and a mother who lives with us and needed a lot of space. Andrew helped us while we looked at dozens of homes, and put in numerous offers. We lived out of state and he was the one who found the house of our dreams did the walk through and everything. When we saw the house for the first time at inspection we were so happy it was EXACTLY like he told us it would be, and there were no surprises. Andrew deserves 10 stars out of 5. Better yet, 20. Through my 7 month short sale was always available for questions, answers, and to light a fire under the seller to get the sale accomplished. We previewed well over 10 homes over more then 4 weekends and he never forced, pushed, or led me into anything I didn't want. Even when approaching my final choice which was a short sale he told me everything to expect upfront and honest before he let me put in my offer. I have heard the horror stories of forceful salesmen, from all fields but Andrew isn't that. He's a great realtor and a someone I would now consider a friend. my husband and I had Andrew as our agent, after 6 months on the market with another agency without even 1 bid!
