The best. He is an absolute miracle worker. He sold our house in 12 days. We needed to sell to buy a new home. It was contingent on the sale of our house. No matter how good the market is an upscale custom home can be very difficult to sell. Andrew and his team made that happen and we got our price. With multiple offers on the table . The transaction was smoother than I could ever have expected. Thank you for your knowledge and making what would otherwise be a nightmare a thing of the past.
