Andrew was a wonderful buyers agent. He made the home-buying process in the East Bay far less stressful than we had expected. He was extremely knowledgeable about the market, so that he could foresee challenges and issues a mile away. He also has a strong network of contractors and other home improvement experts, which we have found very valuable. For a home we liked that needed a lot of updating, he was proactive about setting us up with a contractor to get a sense for renovation costs, so that we could make an educated purchase decision. We were a bit intimidated by the intensity of competition in the bay area market, but Andrew kept us optimistic. At the end of the day, Andrew helped us find a wonderful home. We were particularly impressed with (i) his responsiveness, (ii) his in-depth review of disclosures, and (iii) his insights when it came to deciding upon a purchase price. Overall, we feel very fortunate that we had Andrew as our buyers agent, and we hope to remain in touch with Andrew for a long time.
