I cant begin to recommend brokers Bryan Murphy and Andrew Medina highly enough as real estate professionals. I have genuinely appreciated their high level of professionalism, their absolute courtesy, and most critically, all of their considerable efforts on my behalf while they recently helped me complete a difficult and time consuming house purchase. Bryan and Andrew not only helped me find a house I could afford and in the neighborhood I wanted; it was at a very good price in a challenging sellers? market. They made sure that I was literally the first person to be shown the house. The showing was late one afternoon, and I had a signed and binding contract with the seller in hand the very next morning because they worked late that night to prepare a hundred pages of documents for my immediate signature. Where can you even find that kind of professional service today? Then they helped me even more. When the bank involved in the sale proved to be completely and continuously uncooperative for almost 6 months, they spent more hours than we can even count making sure my contract remained in force, and was legally extended 5 more times and in a timely manner to protect my interests in this sale.
