We are in a difficult market as buyers, and because of Andrew, we were able to get into a condo after a total of 4 offers. He was extremely skillful at negotiating, honest on his opinion of things, and let us lead in the search of our new home with his guidance. He never made us feel pressure, and we could tell he was rooting for us to get into a place that we would love. He was extremely patient, giving us a check up call monthly, and ensuring we were comfortable with it, while we were waiting to stabilize our finances through the pandemic. Once we wanted to see place, this guys was there! If I saw a place, I could text him and he would have us scheduled, and touring the place in no time. He was quick to point out pros and cons, and offered expert advise on the places. He was always prepared, knowing the information regarding the places we were seeing. Communication and response times were better than I could have ever dreamed. My wife and I are thrilled we got to work with him, because of Andrew we got into a place promptly and we are so happy.
