First and foremost, my number one goal is ensuring every one of my clients is provided with knowledge of the real estate market to give them the confidence they need to comfortably make educated decisions when buying or selling their home. I strongly recommend Andrew if you are looking to buy or sell! A family member referred Andrew to us for purchasing our new build. He helped us quickly get under contract on our home, he was honest and extremely responsive so we asked him to sell our current home. He sold our home in Royal Oak in less than two weeks and found the perfect buyer for our first home. While we waited for our new build to be finished, Andrew was constantly checking in. When it came time to close, Andrew made sure that everything was exactly how we wanted it and helped us negotiate a few items. Overall, Andrew always makes himself available whether he's on vacation or not, is very well connected so he can offer second opinions, and is extremely personable. Although we love our current home, when we move next, we will definitely being going through Andrew!
