Prior to choosing Andy as our realtor, my husband and I were already quite aware of his great reputation in and experience with the Canandaigua, NY housing market. Little did we know just how happy we would be to have chosen him. To start with, we felt right from the initial meeting with him that he was really listening to what we wanted in the sale of our home and the purchase of the next one. We felt comfortable that he would be there for us, both as seller and buyer agent and not just driven by one or the other. Probably the most impressive thing for us about Andy is his great communication and always staying in touch, getting us showings, helping to solve any problems along the way, and making referrals for help when we needed it. He also does email blasts with market information that is really helpful and very informative! Andy helped us find the perfect home!
