So Ive moved from NY about 6 month ago and decided to actually purchase a condo and I can truly say that Andrew has become the big brother i never had when guiding me through the entire process. Andrew helped me sell my condo in Viewpoint, and we ended up getting above our asking price is roughly a week on the market. I trusted his opinion the whole way, and it worked out very well.We decided to replace the appliances before listing, and Andrew facilitated the entire transaction of picking out the appliances and getting them delivered. This was hugely helpful as I was out-of-state. In addition, he did some light staging of the place that I think was very beneficial.
