I began working with Andrew while looking to purchase a condo. Some of the information provided was not correct, as I was hoping to rent the condo immediately. We soon learned that many condos have changed their policies and most do not allow immediate renting. I also engaged Andrew to sell my rental house in River Ridge. If I had to do it over, I would have done some things differently, but we accomplished out goal and the house went under contract within 90 days. I would advise buyers and sellers to pay close attention to details throughout the process (especially on documents that you are required to sign). Andrew is a very nice person and very tolerant. Ask questions and challenge anything you don't understand or agree with. He is very responsive and does not push you into anything you don't want to do. That was very important for me.
