This was our first time buying a house and Andrew made it easy. He guided us every step of the way. From getting us connected with the right people before we were ready to buy to make sure our credit/finances were in proper order..... to connecting us with a financial institution that was right for us when we were ready! The process of selling a house can be very intimidating, but Andrew made this process so smooth and seamless. Throughout the whole process he kept what I wanted/needed in mind. Andrew was upfront and honest with me about what needed done to the house before listing it to ensure that I would get the best price for the house. Throughout the listing/selling process he communicated well with me letting me know when we were showing the house, deadline for offers (if necessary), and showing times. He was the most helpful during my closing process since I moved out of state and had to close remotely. I highly recommend using Andrew for buy or sell your home!

From the moment you meet him, you'll feel like you're old friends. Andrew's experience in this industry is apparent. He is able to work through your needs, wants, expectations, and apprehensions to find you the perfect home. He is very knowledgeable about Indianapolis and the surrounding neighborhoods, from their history to their expected development. His overall experience has also given him insight into the things to look for when touring a potential home that may be red flags or something that needs to be addressed on the initial offer. I wouldn't have wanted to go through the process of buying our first home, especially in the current market, without Andrew in our corner. He gave us the confidence and advice we needed to make an attractive offer that ultimately landed us our current home. Andrew will also go to bat for you.
