Drew went out of his way to help me find a home. I was relocating from 3 hours away and still working during the week so weekends were my only option. Drew never hesitated to take me around on multiple Saturdays until I found the home I wanted. He even took me on showings the day before Easter and responded to my texts when on vacation with his family! He kept me abreast of new houses on the market and would coordinate the day to ensure I'd be able to see as many houses as possible. While in each home, Drew would point out key features of the home--whether positive or negative. He would see things I would otherwise have missed, would give an estimate on the age of the appliances, furnace/AC, roof, windows etc so I'd have an idea what additional expenses I may have been in for once I purchased the home. When I found a home and decided to put in an offer, Drew took care of the paperwork and offered advice on how I could make my offer more attractive to the seller if other offers were placed. He helped in the negotiation of the final price offered and I got the house I wanted! I would recommend Drew to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. If the day comes where I move, he will be the first person I call to find a new home and to sell the one he helped me find (although I don't foresee that happening anytime soon--I really love the home he helped me find)!

TLDR:Drew is amazing, pick him as your realtor! If I ever move again, I will definitely be using him as my realtor. He communicates well, responds quickly and has a large amount of insight into property value and how you can change things around the house.Welcome to my TED talk:Drew is so amazing that I considered selling the house I literally just bought to be able to work with him again. My husband and I bought a home that was in the process of being built - Drew was incredibly knowledgeable regarding things we could add, change or update... either now or later. He was also quick to respond and made himself readily available to meet our needs. We moved from another state, which made the buying process a bit more cumbersome because we weren't readily available for impromptu showings. When we were unable to make a tour in person, Drew would take the time to make a thorough video with insightful commentary throughout. He provided any paperwork we needed to sign as an electronic version which made the process simple, easy and much faster than having to fill things out in person. I would recommend him to any family, friends or strangers who will listen. He went above and beyond in during our home buying process, I'm incredibly glad we chose him as our realtor!
