They came in and told us exactly what we needed to do to sell our house. They got the estimates and with our approval scheduled all the work. The marketing of our house was top notch and started before all the improvements were completed. The house was not even officially on the market and Andrew was showing the house to prospective buyers. In the first week after all the improvements were completed, and after several interested parties, we sold the house with a full price offer. Anyone, selling or buying a property, would be doing themselves a huge favor to use Andrew and Cristina Altman as their realtor!
