I found Andres Diaz through Zillow Realtors and he responded within a few minutes of my initial request. From that point it was a wonderful 3 month house hunting experience for me until the final closing. Andres answered each and every call from me starting from early morning hours to late night. He even responded promptly to my messages post-closing. Initially I was in a remote location, so he would do home video tours and send the recordings of homes. He used to present all the details of the homes precisely, highlighting facts and shortcomings. He has complete knowledge of the Tampa palms, New Tampa, Wesley Chapel and Land O'Lakes area homes. He is always forthcoming with the analysis and suggests the offer price but never forced me with a bid. He has a lot of patience and showed me multiple homes and is easy to work with. Andres is thorough with the required offer documents and we were able to submit our offers within an hour or two of the home visit. After successful offers he is thorough with the closing requirements and interacted and resolved multiple issues with seller agents and Title company.
