Andrena was great about getting the place ready to sell. But once the offer was accepted, she became almost unreachable. I begged her to get us together with the buyers so we could give them valuable information, but she never did. She left us completely out of the loop as to what was happening, and she excused her refusal to communicate by saying she was just so busy. I would NEVER recommend her.
