He answered every question I had and was very responsive to questions throughout the process. He is very knowledgeable about the area, which helped tremendously, since I bought the property sight unseen from Hawai'i. Representing both the seller and me, he was fair, honest and accessible. We were told all parties were on board and that we were just waiting for a form from their lawyers. We have packed our home put our stuff into storage and today out of nowhere he says they have a higher offer they are going to go wit no heads up nothing.
