I have lived around the Copperas Cove area for the last 25 years. My children have been raised in this area; therefore, I have a vested interest in the local community and its growth. Both of my parents retired from the military, and my husband is also a Veteran and got out of the Army after two tours in Iraq. Needless to say, I am very familar with the military life, and understand how difficult it can be to move. I am also fluent in American Sign Languange, and am able to communicate with the hearing impaired. Andrea was our real estate agent and property manager for over three years, and our overall experience was excellent. From the start, she came across as knowledgeable and efficient. Unlike with previous prospects, we never felt pressured or that our time was being wasted. Initially, we were simply looking for a trustworthy property manager to oversee our newly renovated rental property. Andrea exceeded expectationsaEUR"maintaining an impressive 94% occupancy rate while securing fair market rental value, even during a period of high inflation. Typically, you hold on to a rental property for about a decade, but given the significant price appreciation, we decided it was the right time to sell and reinvest the equity. I expected our property to sell for around $225,000, but Andrea helped us close at $240,000 (and it would have been $246,000 if not for VA loan restrictions on the buyer). Working with Andrea was an incredible experience, both as a property manager and as a real estate agent.
