About Andrea Sturdivant

Andrea is the founder and Broker/Owner of L3 BROKERS. She is a native West Texan ~ She attended Texas Tech University, and enjoys living in the Lubbock area and raising her family here. She is known for being professional and trustworthy ~ Her clients and agents love her friendly and patient manner, and her attention to detail. She has been a part of the Real Estate community for many years and is very active in the Lubbock Association of Realtors, serving on the Board Of Directors and various committees, and she graduated from the Texas Realtors Leadership Program in October 2021. She is also the founder and Owner of Lubbock Improved, a Residential Design/Construction/remodel company. They have been building new construction and remodeling property for 25 years in the Lubbock area. Coming from a Residential Design and Construction background sets Andrea apart from others, and gives her a unique ability to help clients visualize what changes to a property could look like. She absolutely loves what she does, the community she works in, and the people she serves - including her fellow agents! Andrea has been an entrepreneur and innovator her whole career, thinking outside the box and approaching situations and challenges from a fresh perspective. She's not afraid to look at big ideas and industry concerns and new niches in the market, to help better serve her clients and colleagues and community. Her strong sense of community is shown through her volunteer efforts at the Lubbock area United Way, Susan G Komen, Ronald McDonald House, and Habitat for Humanity. She is passionate about Real Estate, and has the experience and expertise to advocate for her clients at every level. She also mentors and leads her team of Agents at L3 BROKERS with integrity and commitment to excellence.

My family and I bought a house through Andrea. If I could rate higher, I definitely would! After a first tour of a possible home, she immediately knew what we wanted and stopped at nothing until she found our dream home. She was always up front about any possible issues within a home, and never steered us wrong. Andrea Sturdivant has an excellent feel for the market in Lubbock and West Texas overall. She also understands the ins and outs of the process. She helped us prep the house for sale, priced the house at the top of the market (but not above market value), marketed it prior to sale, understood the timing for the best sale, had three potential buyers the first day, completed the sale while helping us negotiate the final details with our personal interests in mind. In addition, she helped us locate a new home in a new town and walked us through the buying process with the same expertise. She also manages a home renovation business, so she is trained to see both the work a house needs and the potential that a house holds.On a personal note, Andrea listened to our needs and desires when it came to the house sale and the new house purchase. She was honest when necessary, but she was also very helpful and willing to dream with us. She has several clients, but we always felt that we were a priority when she was with us. I have great respect for Andrea's work ethic and knowledge of the realtor business. I enthusiastically recommend her for your next house sale or purchase.Note: this is our second time to work with Andrea. She also helped us buy and sell homes in 2013.
