As first time home-owners, my wife and I could not have asked for a better realtor. Andrea was recommended to us by three separate co-workers of mine, all of whom were also trying to find their first home and ultimately ended up in places they loved. Andrea guided us through the home buying process from start to finish, was patient and gave us time to figure out what we were looking for, and ultimately helped us find a beautiful home we plan to live in for years...all during one of the most competitive sellers markets the bay areas ever seen. She is kind, thorough, honest, and direct. She spent hours with us going through all of the disclosures and really helped us know what to expect and what to look out for. When we hired a follow-up inspection of the property we ultimately ended up purchasing, she was there to greet the inspector and stayed for hours while both of us were at work. We worked with Andrea to sell our condo in jack london square last fall.It was a tough market to be in for condos but Andrea did her magic and made it happen.
