Andria handled all the details and was diligent and persistent in making sure all required deadlines, sign-offs and fees were appropriate. In fact, she even secured us a 100$ refund for a fee she believed unreasonable! We were lucky to have her as the property is a dream for us - an equestrian property for our retirement hobby - and we wouldn't have been comfortable putting in the type of bid we did without her guidance.
