I cant say enough great things about Harry and Andrea. I had never sold a house before, and thus had literally no idea what I was doing. The Meshs have been in the realty business for a long time, and were able to hold my hand through every step of the process. They are super-personable, mature and conscientious, and laid out a comprehensive plan for getting my house sold. From what to expect during the selling process, to the paperwork needed, to staging my house to maximize profits, they had all the answers. Equally importantly, they put me in contact with their extensive team of professionals that made the selling process so much easier. Lawyers (thanks Dan Green!), contractors, realtors, zoning people, even estate sale pros - they seemingly know everyone! I received 24 (!) bids on my house, which the Meshs helped whittle down to the eventual winner. Theres absolutely no way that I would have been able to handle the mountain of paperwork, showings and realtor correspondence without Harry and Andrea. And they actually made the process enjoyable. I will always appreciate the Meshs for getting my house sold, and I will certainly use them in the future. I heartily recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy a home!
