About Andrea McFadden

I'm Andrea and I am a real estate agent on the Ryan Shaffer Sales team at EXP realty in Akron, Ohio. Last year, our team helped over 120 families buy and sell their homes. Prior to becoming a real estate agent, I had been a registered nurse for 5 years and had experience working in multiple hospital systems. I spent time working in heart and lung critical care, post surgery care, and outpatient oncology. I am active in my community and enjoy working with local animal rescues and outreach organizations. My boyfriend and I worked with Andrea to buy our first home, I am so happy we chose to work with her! She was always there to answer questions and help get us in to see listings. She worked around our schedules to make sure we saw the listings as soon as possible, even if it was before her normal working hours. Andrea was the best ever! She was so easy to work with and very communicative. She was knowledgable about the area and the home buying process, which we appreciated as first time home owners who were not local to the area. Something we both appreciated was that she wasn't "pushy" with selling the house. She genuinely wanted us to be in a house that felt right for us! I can't recommend working with Andrea enough. From finding our new house (was only on-market for 36hrs) to navigating a difficult 8-way bidding war, giving flawless advice on our bid (which saved us $20k!) and ultimately securing the house - couldn't have asked for a better experience. Andrea takes her time to really learn what you're looking for and never felt like she pushed us towards things outside of our needs. Plus, she even helped us understand things going on with the house we sold out of state. Definitely will be using her for any/all future transactions.
