Andrea listed our property as a rental numerous times. Each time she listed it we had a tenant within a couple of days after the listing was posted. When we were ready to sell she guided us through the entire process. Her knowledge and experience was very helpful. When we did ask her questions she was quick to respond and provide us with the information we were seeking. We were under contract within a few days of listing the property and we received above asking price. She also assisted us with purchasing a home back in 2012. The sellers and their agent were not easy to work with. Andrea was calm and collected to keep the process moving and made sure the deal got done.
