I would definitely recommend Andrea. She was professional, and she made this a smooth transition. She helped negotiate a $5000 credit and it helped a lot! One of the credits came from Andrea's fact checking. The owner thought the electrical panel was covered by the HOA. The panel is old and will probably require replacement in the near future. Thru fact checking, we found that the HOA did not cover this. Andrea negotiated to have the owner help with covering $1000 towards the replacement. Thank you Andrea!
