darin spade is an outstanding realtor and very blunt if your ok with that I know I did you I wanted to find someone who was honest and gave the best advise and lead me in the right direction he will do everything he can do to help you he did a lot for me probably another realtor would have not done for me words cant explain how much I appreciate everything he has done for me I will be using him to find my next house (he helped me sell my home) you want a good person who is real and honest I definitely recommend him for buying and selling hes a person who will work for his money and def not just take your money. thank you darin for everything you have done for me and my kids ... Darin was AMAZING!!! He helped me locate a house in an area and on target with my budget. He was super involved and kept me up to date on the whole process and any issues that came up and walked me through them with ease. Then a little over a year after buying my house I had to sell my parents house and property. So I went back to Darin since he was so great at the buying process I decided to see how he was at selling. I tried the for sale by owner rout and only had 2 showings! I said enough and called Darin, he walked me through the process with ease. All of my questions were answered and I never felt foolish or made to feel dumb for not knowing. The day the house went on the market we had 8 requests for showings with offers and by the 3 day we had over 18 showings and multiple offers. For more than asking price. I sat down with him and he went over all of the pros and cons of each offer. There was no pressure from him on which one to choose. He even made closing a breeze! I feel I have gained a friend and family member with his whole process Darin was never afraid to go above and beyond for my buying and selling needs! Darin is one of the best without a doubt. I would recommend him to anyone.
