Andrea is THE BEST! Over the course of a weekend, she showed us all of the homes meeting our criteria plus some that we would have overlooked. Andrea Gabbard was exceptional when we sold our house. She knew the value of the house, the likely clientele that would be interested in our house, the specifics of staging, marketing, and showing the house. She had her photographer do the most amazing pictures of the house to include with the listing online. She told me her aim was to have an acceptable offer in a month from the time it was listed. It took exactly 30 days to receive and agree to that offer. Her communication skills were topnotch. We were never left wondering what was happening with clients that were interested in the house. Never surprised by last minute showings. Never left wondering, 'What next?' We'd give her 10 stars in we could. Andrea is that exceptional!
