1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Have interviews with at least 3 realtors. Found a realtor with a great communication is key to have an excellent purchase process.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Meet a realtor who can show you "Cost vs Value" if you made renovations and replace top of the line appliances. We all have an emotional attachment with our homes; However, listen to the realtor who can show the market value of your property.

4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
It was a commercial transaction for a successful startup based in South America and now in Miami, Florida. It was an smooth transaction, I was with the clients from the very beginning until the closing. I was on top of every detail.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I met an experienced commercial broker at one of the buildings he managed, at that time I was his office manager. He introduced me to the fascinate world of real estate.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I am a huge believer to take continuing classes and trainings often. That way we will offer the best service to all clients.
