Once we have nailed down your goals and desires I move onto the next step, finding a way to help you meet your goals and desires (my favorite part)... I have the resources and systems in place, to go the extra mile for you, whether you are selling or buying, or maybe both. At times, if needed, I will come up with unique ways to help you find the perfect home or buyer for your home. Once we have found YOUR dream home, or you have received an offer for your listing, we get to negotiate. This is another area where communication is very important. Most Realtors forget this step... When communicating with the other side of a potential deal I can gain tons of information that will ultimately help my clients make the best decision when making or accepting an offer. Ultimately the most rewarding part of my career is handing the keys to you after closing escrow, and letting you know the money will be in your bank when your home is sold so you can move onto the next stage in your life. 1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Talk to a lender, get your finances in order, get a full pre-approval letter
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Start packing your personal belongings, make repairs and catch up on home maintenance. Neutralize your house and take the advice of your realtor, a little paint goes a long way.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
Buyers, Sellers, Retirees, Veterans, Families, First time buyers, Investors
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
Represented a buyer, a small family, buying their first home. The home was in great shape and everyone was motivated. The home had been on the market for awhile due to the seller not quite being ready to sell after the passing of her father. My clients wrote a letter to the seller and it seemed to be the perfect match and the right time for everyone. Closure for the seller and a new beginning for the buyers. Everyone was happy.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
Searching for a job for my husband so he could work closer to home, he worked in the Bay area at the time, I happened upon a Craigslist add for an online school to get your real estate license. I decided to go for it and never looked back. I wish I had started this career decades ago. I love what I do, and look forward to helping new families every day.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I have extensive knowledge and experience with the systems associated with rural properties such as wells, septic systems, rural utilities and everything the rural life has to offer.
