I just bought a home in Trumann Arkansas and my Realtor was Kyah Mancil with Compass Rose Realty in Jonesboro AR. I moved from Sikeston MO to Marion West Memphis AR living in a 1 bedroom apartment. In the meantime, I was looking for a home in Marion, Trumann and Jonesboro AR. I met Kyah and we looked at a few homes in Marion AR. After looking at homes for 3 months or so, I finally found the house in Trumann AR. Kyah is a very patient person. Every time I called her to request to look at a home, Kyah did not hesitate to setup an appointment to show the houses I was interested in. Kyah has a lot of energy and passion for the real estate business. One thing I noticed, Kyah will not try to sell the house you're looking at. Trevor is the best!! We were put in contact with him through Zillow and I'm so lucky we were! We are moving to Arkansas from out of state and he was willing to travel all over the state to show us houses! He also was knowledgeable about how to look up information on the properties we were looking at. When a house didnt work out he was quick to hop on the phone and get us appointments for the next house. We told him what we were looking for and he gave helpful insight into the properties we viewed! When we settled on a house he was quick to get our offer in and worked very hard to be quick with all the paperwork, even working from different time zones.
