Andre and his team were very professional. I saw the house across the street from my rental go up for sale and they got me in to see it and put in my offer the next day. All I had to do during the process was sign the papers they sent me electronically. It was very smooth and easy. I had instant equity because my appraisal came in higher than my offer. He also got the seller to fix some things around the house that would have required me to hire professionals to fix.
