We worked closely with Andre as home buyers (recently moved to the DC/NoVA area) in late 2018/2019. He excelled in every respect! His negotiation skills were most impressive. Our initial offer which was accepted came with certain unacceptable "strings attached" and Andre was able to negotiate in such way to say no but leave the door open for the sellers to come back and meet our terms.
