Antonio changed the terms to a lease agreement multiple times during what he called a ?review period.? We decided not to rent from him because of it. Did not sit well with us to have an agreement in place and have the terms changed at the last second for more money.

Realtors should know if there is a huge stadium or mall opening up in the area which both takes up real estate and boosts the neighborhood up. For example, in our area The los Angeles clippers are building a stadium and the rams have built one already. Prices in Inglewood which is the city it was built have skyrocketed and will continue to skyrocket because there is new development
I would advice you to work with a buyers agent if possible to get an offer in. It is important as a buyer to have your own representation and not fall into working with the sellers agent which is as you said working with the seller. Also, the agent will be able to better assist you because he will be able to get more information about what stage the current buyer is and understand if there is a chance if you submit.
