He will always work in your favor as a buyer. I shall choose him for my next real estate purchases. The only thing I shall ask you to watch out for is to make sure that the contract is worded exactly what you want and inform him if you find any discrepancies. That is expected from you as a buyer or seller. Don't expect realtor to figure out exactly what you want. You have to make sure the contract spells out exactly what you wanted.
