I worked with Andre for the purchase of my new property and have found him to be an excellent in his dealings. He provides a great service to his clients. He is very hard working and takes effort to show as many properties till you find something you like. He is also a great negotiator. Best of all, he is an excellent person to work with. He will always work in your favor as a buyer. I shall choose him for my next real estate purchases. The only thing I shall ask you to watch out for is to make sure that the contract is worded exactly what you want and inform him if you find any discrepancies. That is expected from you as a buyer or seller. Don't expect realtor to figure out exactly what you want. You have to make sure the contract spells out exactly what you wanted.

Andre showed me several houses over a period of several weeks before we found the right place. I never felt pressured by Andre. He never tried to sell me a house. He listened and added professional insight based on his experience and the current market conditions. The seller left the house in less than ideal condition, but Andre had a carpet guy and cleaning crew there the day after I closed, at no cost to me. This was a very difficult move and Andre did a super job for me in all areas with the exception of one. I needed the house cleaned up after moving out and be I asked Andre for recommendations. The first one hounded me repeatedly for payment of work they did not perform and the second one got the work done but haphazardly and the workers were very unprofessional, the billing was way too much and how the amount was determined was a complete mystery and remains a mystery to this day. I you have a tough move, call Andre but don't ask him for recommendations
