Andi got me not only my 1st house but a home that I would have never dreamt of having. How, I'm still wondering how I was blessed with such home, was it her responsiveness? Andi moves very quickly once I said I'm interested in this house, She will give me all the info I needed before I get to see the house. To present an offer, she explains literally everything on those paperworks in very basic terms. She always encouraged me to ask questions and guided me through what was possible or not possible. Her knowledge of the law in real estate, she is like your library. She knows so much. Oh boy she knows how to negotiate. She said to me, we are going to be on the top 2 spots of being picked and I was wondering how? With all the people I saw coming to see the house. she let me have choice and let me know the wiggle room I had and why? I mean the journey of buying a home can be stressful but to have Andi constantly kicking that pressure away with all the explanations, the support in my decisions, her extreme amount of patience she exercised, it was like having the most trusted family member next to you.

In the present madness that is the housing market, we were able to attain our first home, all thanks to the guidance and resilience of Andi. Through the many unaccepted offers, she kept pushing us forward towards the finish line. She was always super honest and realistic with us about market conditions so, we were always in the loop. Being first-time home buyers, we had a ton of questions that she always answered promptly. Andi was always available for a phone call or text message. We truly felt prioritized. She walked us through all the lender paperwork, when we had any questions regarding our loan, she would always figure it out for us and get back to us asap. Where Andi transitions from agent to family is when on moving day, she arrived at our home early and helped the seller move to make sure that we would move in on time! She even stuck around to make sure everything was as it should be and helped us clean up. I will forever be grateful to Andi for helping us navigate in these waters but not only navigate in them, making it as easy as it could be!

My girlfriend and I had been reviewing homes on Zillow for about a year for the purpose of becoming more familiar with the local market. We had no intention of buying because we believed that we were a few years out from having the level of savings that we desired for a down payment. We had multiple conversations with Andi about market trends and future uncertainty and ultimately came to the conclusion that at least being prepared to act if the right opportunity became available was the correct course of action. Andi introduced us to a lender that structured a financing solution that fit our needs perfectly and pre-approved us for a loan that enabled us to act when our dream home became available less than a month after our pre-approval. Going beyond the role of a traditional realtor would come to characterize our relationship. Andi wore so many hats and was a trusted advisor throughout the process.From social media, I could tell that Andi was active with other listings and closing other transactions, but it always felt like we were her only client. She was always immediately responsive to our questions and available for discussions. The fact that she was so kind and welcoming probably made us feel secure to reach out more than we otherwise would have and made us comfortable being very demanding of her time. We don't know how she was able to always be so responsive, while also representing other clients. We've thought about this deeply and have determined that the only logical conclusion is that there is more than one Andi...there's no other way to explain it.Andi was relentless in representing our interest with the Seller. We were heartbroken to learn that the seller had accepted a higher all-cash offer. Andi informed us that we shouldn't worry because these buyers don't always fulfil their obligation to fund their good faith deposit and that she would continue to reach out to the seller, who to this point had been largely unresponsive. I secretly questioned whether Andi's degree of persistence was beneficial when the seller wasn't even acknowledging our communications, but when the all-cash offer failed to perform as Andi suggested that it might, the seller was left to choose between our offer and another offer in an equal amount. The seller stated that if our persistence was any indication of our continuing interest, then the house was ours.We owe our new home to Andi and her excellent representation. Her judgment was impeccable! There were numerous times throughout the process where her recommendations were inconsistent with my instincts and every time she was right. She was always respectful of my views, even when I was wrong (which happened more often than I'd like to admit). She was incredibly patient and was a true professional. I could not have imagined receiving better representation.It is rare that you have an opportunity to do business with someone who is an expert in their field and is also of sound character. Andi is both, on top of being a tremendous human being. Anyone who buys or sells a home without her is settling. It just doesn't get any better!Richmond & Carissa
