She will be living in the house. From the first phone call, Margo was very responsive to me. I was doing all of this remotely and had not even seen the house!. Margo made sure that our daughter got in in a timely fashion so that we were not shut out in the quick Seattle market. After less than 24 hours, we had a signed deal. Since Margo was the seller's agent, she had to act on our behalf also. I never felt that we got less consideration because of this. I think that Margo and her team are excellent, and I would not hesitate to recommend them if you are buying or selling a house!
