We used Anastasios and the entire team, but especially Margo Chrisophilis for the purchase of a house in Seattle. We live in Ohio, but our daughter lives in Seattle. She will be living in the house. From the first phone call, Margo was very responsive to me. I was doing all of this remotely and had not even seen the house!. Margo made sure that our daughter got in in a timely fashion so that we were not shut out in the quick Seattle market. After less than 24 hours, we had a signed deal. Since Margo was the seller's agent, she had to act on our behalf also. I never felt that we got less consideration because of this. I think that Margo and her team are excellent, and I would not hesitate to recommend them if you are buying or selling a house!
