Anastasia was introduced to us by a close family friend to help us sell our home in Redwood Shores and purchase a home in Contra Costa County preferably Clayton where I moved from 7 years ago.Anastasia took the time to understand our needs and what was important to us, being closer to my adult kids and beautiful baby granddaughter, a safe area and quite area and good neighborhood. In short time after listing our home in Redwood Shores we received a great offer that allowed us the flexibility and an extra month to find a new home.This was not an easy find as housing prices have skyrocketed, low housing inventory, more buyers than homes and plenty of homes we looked at didn't meet our needs and/or sold prior to be able to view on weekends do to our work schedules. We were down to the wire with having to leave our already sold home. Anastasia was patient, we created a plan to look for more homes starting early on a Saturday that widened our search to include Martinez, Walnut Creek, Concord and yes Clayton :-). It was a long day and the last home we looked at in Clayton as soon as we drove up I knew it was home. There was an open house that day and many potential buyers were viewing the home at the same time as we were. I let Anastasia know as we were looking at the crowded home that I wanted to place an offer, this was home. Anastasia spoke with the listing agent to let her know we would be writing an offer that day and found out there was another buyer who had placed a pre-emptive offer that the owners would be reviewing as well on Sunday. As soon as we left Anastasia quickly worked with us to put together an aggressive offer and submitted that night. The next morning Anastasia phoned us to congratulate us that our offer had been accepted, we couldn't believe it and were over the moon. We closed escrow in 10 days and needed to move quickly, Anastasia came through again and recommended a great moving company who were able to accommodate the quick move.Anastasia not only knows the Real Estate market but also has many connections to help in every aspect of your move, whether you need a mover, get new floors, an electrician she has the contacts.Thank you Anastasia!
