While being deployed I got in contact with Anamarie. At first I thought it was going to be like any other real estate agent. 1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

Don’t be afraid. The process of buying a house can be scary but if you take the time to interview realtors you will find your match. Ask questions, express every worry you have.

2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

Interview different agents. Express what you are looking for and ask questions

3) What types of clients have you worked with?

Military Personnel is very common here in this area. I have helped multiples relocate here. I have worked with investors, clients relocating to the area from out of the country.

4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

Military buyers that were also first time home-buyers and a week before closing they found out they were expecting. It was a really nice situation since they were getting their first house and a baby on the way.

5) How did you get started in Real Estate?

I always had an interest for real estate but it wasn’t after I purchased my first home that I realized that I could help others in my same situation being a military wife to help them with relocation needs

6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?

I currently posses the ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), the MRP (Military Relocation Professional), C2EX (Committed to Excellence) and CLP (Certified Listing Professional)
