My highest recommendation for technical skill, responsiveness, and all of the support to help you relocate before, during, and after the deal. An ideal broker, not only in helping with the deal of buying a new house, but also in providing critical help for those relocating here and know nothing about the area. Outstandingly skilled in the negotiation and deal making process due to her long experience (she knows everything, seemingly, and everyone in San Antonio real estate) and fierce (but positive) dedication to helping her client. Her and her team are available seemingly 24/7, and so if speed is an issue (as it was for me) they facilitate getting a deal closed quickly -- but only after she is sure you are happy with purchasing that house, and insists you have backup options in case the first choice turns out to have unpleasant surprises. She insists that you don't get trapped in a house that is a poor fit due to momentum or feeling there are a lack of options. Finally, and most importantly, she is a warm and supportive person during the process, and will continue to help you with issues of moving and the house long after the deal has been done if she can.
