Do your research, get pre-approved for a mortgage, and don't rush. Trust your instincts and work with a realtor who understands your needs

Declutter and stage your home to make it inviting. Price it right based on market trends, and work with a realtor who can effectively market your property!

3) What types of clients have you worked with?

I’ve worked with a diverse range of clients, from first-time homebuyers and growing families to retirees looking to downsize and investors seeking new opportunities.

4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

I recently helped a retired mom who wanted to downsize while still having an inviting space for her son. We found a perfect home with a multi-family suite addition and successfully sold both of her previous homes to make the purchase within their budget. They were overjoyed with their new home, and it was incredibly rewarding to see their happiness.

5) How did you get started in Real Estate?

I began my career in real estate as a wholesaler, helping investors build their portfolios. Over time, I realized I could make a bigger impact by assisting families like yours and mine in building wealth for future generations. That's why I love what I do.

6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?

I studied business in school but fell in love with online and social media marketing. Later, I transitioned to traditional marketing and discovered my passion for networking. Knowing the right people has significantly boosted my business, enabling me to provide top-notch service to my clients. This blend of skills allows me to offer a higher level of experience when buying and selling homes.
