Focused on the convenience of a downtown, walkable location we explored condominium and single family properties in the Fan and Museum districts. We explored historic Churchill as well. While Amy was my primary contact, Catherine seamlessly stepped in during negotiations on the property I purchased. The resources they both provided with regard to legal and other professional services expedited the purchase and gave me confidence that all contingencies were covered.
