Prompt response time via phone. 30 mins late for appointment. Poor negotiator. When asked aEURoe Is the landlord extremely stringent on credit?aEUR? She replies aEURoeYes, I asked you about that before we made the appointment..aEUR? When asked aEURoe Could I pay rent in advance to back up my credit or give a larger security depositaEUR? she replies aEURoe by law we can only accept 1.5 months of a security depositaEUR?. Never addressed the up front rent option. Also, not knowledgeable about other apartments in the complex. Says shes not sure, this is the listing she has. Overall below average experience with this agent. Hope everyone else has a more positive experience.
