Amy was an amazing resource. Anything that she wasn't sure of, she researched and found the information in a timely manner. She was thorough and worked diligently even when issues arose out of her control. She was able to help acquire extensions for me and was a good middleman between the owner and myself throughout the process. She answered all of my questions (and there were many) in a respectful way and did not make me feel that they were unimportant. She answered and returned calls in timely manner, was a pleasure working with my lawyers as well as my mortgage company. I can not recommend her enough if you are looking for a home. IF I could give Amy 10 stars I would. Buying a house for us has been a rather slow and disappointing process for the last year. Until we met Amy!! Not only did she have one house that interested us but she had two. Of coarse we liked one way more than the other but didn't think it would be possible. But Amy worked with both us and the seller and somehow made us all happy. I always get a little uncomfortable when making a big purchase and it shows but Amy listened and made me much more comfortable.
