We worked with Amy starting in January 2022 to sell our home in Montgomery, NJ in March 2022. We knew Amy from our kids playing hockey together in high school. She is very friendly, professional and knowledgable about the Montgomery area, having lived there for many years. She explained the selling process in detail as well as the buying process, the current state of the market as well as past trends. She uses a lot of information to determine the selling price of your house. She introduced us to a stager, a lawyer, and provided names of contractors as required. She stager did a fantastic job! Amy also provided some great tips to help sell our house. Before going on the market, she arranged for a photo shoot and a video shoot, producing an awesome 3D rendition of the house! Amy knows the market and recommended we bump up our listing date to take advantage of it. Although that was very stressful, we did benefit in the end. Amy kept us informed every step of the way, and always answered our questions promptly. She made the process go smoothly. Thank you Amy!!

We worked with Amy in July 2021 to sell our home in West Windsor NJ.Her local knowledge and understanding of the current market was very impressive.She leveraged her excellent relationships with other realtors to bring us through the closing resolving any issues that arose. In our initial meeting, Amy took pictures and diligent notes and was able to address all our concerns and questions on the market, timing and strategy in the purchase of a new home and sale of the existing. Amys knowledge of the area and the market was extremely helpful in getting the house on the market successfully. Amy guided us on having the septic inspected beforehand so not to be caught off guard with issues that might arise in late stages of negotiation.
